One of the areas that have undergone the most change since the light rail began to run in 2009 is the area surrounding the Othello light rail station. This area has always had a large eclectic group of shops and restaurants but with face lifts on buildings and large construction projects finished and more being planned the area has a new air of vibrancy and vitality. New coffee shops, restaurants and the completion of the Seattle’s newest neighborhood, New Holly, things are happening at Othello.
